How long does it take to get a building delivered and installed?Silwood Space keeps the most popular type of cabins in stock here in the UK, which can generally be delivered to your chosen site within 48 hours of receiving the order. Building specifications will ultimately determine the lead time of the building being provided. For example, a Modular Building would have a longer lead time than a single Cabin or Anti-Vandal unit. Our sales team will be able to quote you a precise delivery time, based on your requirements.

How do I pay for rented units?Our sales team will initially send over a quotation for the units to be rented, based on your indicated rental period. There is a minimum rental period of 30 days. Your first invoice will include one month's rent plus transport costs for delivery. Subsequent months will be invoiced 30 days in advance.

Is there a charge to carry out a site inspection?Our sales and site inspection visits are entirely free of charge, and there is no obligation to place an order with the business.

Can I part exchange my existing building?Silwood Space can offer you a part exchange price for your existing building. There is a minimum criterion your building would have to meet. Our team would be delighted to help you explore your options.
